Here's another LEGO Toys giveaways by Daily Mirror after the LEGO Star Wars giveaways. The promotion started today (24th Oct 2009) and it end at 4th Nov 2009. There will be a total of 12 sets will be given away during the period.
While for the 5th and 6th November there will be a collector box and playmat. No idea how it will turn out to be. Below are the pictures of the set you are getting:

Not all set comes with minifigs some sets are more like mini creator set, but still this is the extra bonus you get from buying the newspaper.
