LEGO Exclusive LEGO The Movie Playset

Well, 17 playsets will be released in conjunction with the release of LEGO The Movie. That definitely gonna hurts our pocket, but depending on how nice the playset it is. Below is a picture taken via Brickset:

The LEGO Movie

I do see a couple of new pieces in the picture, for police fans, I notice the new visor that looks really interesting. Seems like a night vision goggle which will be useful to your police team. Currently only this set were shown, I wonder what are the other 16 set.

LEGO Star Wars AT-AP

Another version of AT-AP are coming and it does comes with Phase II Clone Trooper. The one sitting on the blaster cannon do seems like Commander Gree to me. But It do bugged me when the helmet looks ugly. Below is the picture taken from FBTB:

The set contains 717 pieces and will be sold at $69.99. Hopefully it does comes with more Clone Trooper, maybe two more the max, but I doubt that, probably they will gave additional one more, otherwise the Wookie will be manning this AT-AP while Gree (which I suspected is him) will be controlling the cannon.

LEGO The Hobbit Lake Town Chase

Other than LEGO Super Heroes that are being revealed, we have the other theme that have their set shown to us as well. Below is the picture of LEGO The Hobbit Lake Town Chase taken from FBTB:

Well the first picture from the right does look like Orlando Bloom, does he plays two roles in The Hobbit? :P The set comes with 5 minifigs, but the boat is really a turn off, plus the two building which are small in size does not help either. The set comes with 334 pieces and will be selling at $49.99. For more pictures, click HERE.

LEGO DC Super Heroes Riddler Chase

Next upcoming LEGO DC Super Heroes, Batman Riddler Chase has been revealed in SDCC. The set comes with three minifigs which all of them are new. Below are pictures taken from FBTB:

The above set will be release in January according to FBTB an will be sold at $30. the set comes with 304 pieces. Looking at the price it seems worth it, since you have all new 3 minifigs (especially the first ever release of The Flash minifigure by LEGO) plus the cool Batmobile. More LEGO Minecraft Coming

Two more Minecraft set are coming, but I don't think it comes from Cuusoo theme this round. Is definitely a good news for Minecraft fans, now they have more variety to collect and to build. Not so boring anymore. below images are taken from FBTB:

The Village

The Nether

It seems like they will be available in September and they will cost you $34.99 each set. I do not own any Minecraft currently but I wonder are they printed parts or sticker?

LEGO SDCC The Hobbit Azog Minifigure

Saw these pictures on FBTB, and reading the article posted, it seems way harder to get compare to the LEGO Super Heroes minifigure. Below images is taken from FBTB:

Lucky enough for me that I'm not a completest and not into The Hobbit theme that much. Will just buy what I can afford and passed those that are not top on my list.

More LEGO SDCC Exclusive

The four LEGO Super Heroes minifigs has been handed out in a more different manner compare to the previous year or so I heard and it seems like is harder to get nowadays, I wonder what the price will be after this. So only the rich and willing (and focus) fans will manage to get them. Below is the picture minifigs taken from Brickset:

They looks nicer with the packaging background and it ain't cheap I believe. These are something you cannot buy with money but depends on your luck. While the two picture below here is almost the same as well, but is a good move to prevent disappointed fans and scalper from making squeezing the juice outta the fans.

I do not think the minifigs are exclusive, but instead the mini brick build model is. Completest will be trapped by both of this set I suppose.

LEGO Cuusoo #21103 The DeLorean Time Machine Review

I do see there are a number of people are waiting to get their hands on this set. I do see a brochure that it will be released on 18th July but it seems like official launch date is 1st Aug, which is 2 more weeks away. Below image is taken from a review posted by Brickset:

21103 Cuusoo Back To The Future DeLorean

Some audience do critics that the design has been altered to worse by the designer but still, I feel like there are still a lot of people looking forward to grab the set. Additionally, this Cuusoo set is like a LEGO Creator where you can built three version of DeLorean Time Machine. I think this is one good advantage and people might end up buying 3 sets for this set.

LEGO City #60012 4x4 & Diving Boat Review

I do have a previous version that looks something like this, just that it comes with a lesser minifigs and a watercraft instead of diving boat. Below picture is taken from review posted on Brickset:

60012 4x4 & Diving Boat

If you were to ask me whether I like the set or not I would said yes, but due to limited funds, sometimes we need to decide wisely. Lately LEGO is making a good progress in releasing a good playset and a lot of great theme as well. If you have the budget is no hurt to get on of this to add into your city.

LEGO City #60011 Surfer Rescue Review

The Coast Guard is back again, so for those that missed the previous release and are thinking to add them into your City, here's the chance. Below is a picture taken from Brickset's review on the smallest Coast Guard set, #60011 Surfer Rescue:

60011 Surfer Rescue

Frankly speaking, this set is a good set as it comes with 2 minifigs, a surfing board and a shark which I think we can hardly get back in past few years. It falls below 30MYR here in the local market, and I think the price is very good here if were to compare to the price of the current collectable minifigures series.

LEGO Exclusive #71002 Collectable Minifigures Series 11 Revealed

Here's a pretty much old news, due to the busy schedule I have nowadays and I do not get to update my blog more frequently. Anyway, Poland have the latest minifgures series release and below are the minifigs that are in series 11:

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 11
#71002 Collectable Minifigures Series 11

Definitely all of the minifigs are new, but some character are just the opposite version of the minifigs released in other series before which is sad. There are some really new one, and they are attractive. All in all I think these minifigs are great.
